An install is only as healthy as its upkeep. Regular maintenance keeps tension even, the look fresh, and your natural hair protected underneath.
Every extension method needs maintenance, whether that is a move-up for microlinks and tip methods, a re-tape for tape-ins, or retightening for sew-ins. Maintenance keeps the install secure, the tension even, and your natural hair healthy. We schedule it to your method during your consultation.
We will set your maintenance interval to your method, commonly every few weeks for microlinks and tip methods, and every six to eight weeks for sew-ins and tape-ins.
Consistent maintenance is what lets an install reach its full lifespan without stressing your natural hair.
Every installation is built around the long-term integrity of your natural hair. HHCF reviews your hair, goals, and maintenance needs before recommending the method.
A consultation is the recommended starting point for new guests. It is how we assess your hair, recommend the right method, and plan an install that protects your natural hair. If you already know the method you want, tell us in your consultation and we will confirm fit and schedule.
